Everyone projects their own internal stuff on others. That we are able to have a civil conversation says a lot more about you than the criticism you aimed my way.

I have to admit, though, I never imagined that I would get attacked for loving self-proclaimed feminist Pat Benatar (age 63) and supporting Hillary the glass ceiling breaker (age 68) in the general election.

And I’m sorry my story got chosen by the editors. It’s actually disappointing because this was far from my best writing. It was just a little “a ha” moment that I wanted to share with our little community of friends, rather than invite all the knuckle draggers, trolls and no-talent haters who are attracted to social media attention like blood in the water.
