Good writers tell a good story. Great writers somehow infuse that story with a deeper wisdom often reflected in science and art. And then a lighbulb goes off in the reader’s mind, lighting a path for them to explore.

“People always judge others using the model of their own limitations” — a great insight that’s been on my mind since I read about the Dunning-Kruger Effect, a Nobel Prize winning paper.
“I write the book that wants to be written” — and I remembered Michelangelo saying “I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free.”
