I guess were are arguing two different facets of the same thing. I’m looking at the damage done to the country to determine who is the worst. You’re arguing that the mechanism by which powerful people operate is what makes them the same.

With regard to WMDs, David Kay’s testimony was very clear: there were no WMDs, no resources and no weapons programs following Gulf War I. The claim about WMDs was an article about loose arms that were found after the occupation, but they were dated from 1991 or before and were in various states of deterioration. If you’re talking about something else, please let me know.
