LMAO!!
In 2018-2019, the Clippers bench had the 2nd best point differntial in the NBA (+13.7). They were 1st last season (+11.4), but those advantages will be significantly decreased by the loss of Harrell.
Zubac doesn't have the hands and athleticism to be a devastating PnR partner with Williams. And he isn't good enough to defend elite centers or on the perimeter.
Marcus Morris is a ball stopper who thinks his shot in crunch time is so good he will not pass the ball to Kawhi on at least one key possession. Ditto for Reggie Jackson.
Luke Kennard can shoot but isn't a great athletic defender.
Ibaka is still very good but has reduced mobility. He can stretch the floor but he'll get eaten up on the perimeter like Zubac.
Kawhi and George will never be complementary players. They have to take turns.
Beverly is an overrated foul machine and his constant jawing gives teams even more reason to get psyched up to beat the Clippers. He's now 32, an age when most small point guards lose effectiveness.
In the preseason, they started Nicolas Batum who can't seem to guard guards or forwards.
Even though it's preseason, you would hope the starters would make an effort in their first shift to start each game.
Instead, the Lakers looked good enough to beat them with two superstars tied behind their backs.
