Matt, this is such a fantastic point. It’s the reason so many writers have articles that lampoon the entire industry of “self-made” millionaires who teach others to become “self-made” millionaires.
If there were a society of cynics who throw water balloons at these virtual gurus for profit, I would invite you to join, if I were elected president of such a group, which I wouldn’t because the members would then throw virtual water balloons at me. But since there isn’t such a group, nor a president, nor hypothetical members who would be too cynical to vote, I hope you will use some form of my simple, easy-to-use template to monetize your insightful writing:
