Oh please. Save the Laker hate for when they win titles. Kuzma was the 4th best rookie, both statistically and by the eye test. He put the team on his back to beat the Rockets and Celtics, then beat the Spurs and Nuggets (while on a sprained ankle) while those teams were fighting for their playoff lives. He had amazing games even when the Lakers were missing multiple starters, and opposing coaches focused on stopping him.
Until Mitchell started showing off those crazy spin moves to finish at the rim in the playoffs, Kuzma was the most offensively versatile rookie in the league.
