Remember when Medium didn’t suck, back in 2016? Actually, it sucked for the same reasons we’ve been complaining about since day 1. But there was a big group of us making comments, ridiculing terrible hack articles, satirizing the platform, and riffing off each others ideas.

Sadly, you and I are the only original members of that group, as they’ve moved on to become professional writers, achieve social media fame, or simply get a life.
