That argument has less than zero significance, and is simply due to how bad the East sucks. The Nets (13–17 vs the West) would be a 35-win team and tied for 11th in the Western Conference. Allen’s stats haven’t been great, no matter what you use.
Your arguments about stats are inconsistent. You value three point shooting in some cases, being on a winning team in some cases, and being a good, but inefficient scorer in other cases.
