Todd Hannula 🤓 and alto, you may have the best of intentions but I think this whole discussion sounds exactly like my fable about sexism. It’s so ridiculous to have a bunch of white people arguing over what they think racism is without getting the real scoop from the people who actually have to live with racism. How about you, Pax Ahimsa Gethen, care to weigh in?

Alle has talked about attitudes spoken by black people within her family. Are their views the exception? Are they the outliers? Do they become the persecuted minority within that minority?

Everything in this world is being reduced to us vs them. If you’re one of us, then surely we will find an even more nuanced point of view so we can split us into another us vs them conflict.

Hillary vs. Bernie is insane, as are the internal conflicts rising to the surface in Medium. People who agree on 98% of the same things can’t go down this road.

Until we hear from the people who actually know what they’re talking about, everyone should just calm the f*ck down.
