What metrics are you using to determine what is a neutral or negative asset?

I did a comparison of similar All-Stars to Randle, and his numbers are excellent when he gets starter minutes. KCP plays better defense than any guard on the Cavs, and his 3-point shooting has returned to his career average of 35%. Clarkson has had some big games recently as he has gotten more minutes and been a big reason the Lakers have won 8 of their last 10.

BTW, you just wrote “They get Ingram and Randle, two really valuable young players.” How can Randle be a really valuable young player in one sentence and a neutral asset in the next?
