When someone starts an argument with “I know you think this is crazy” it’s because they knows it’s crazy.
Curry revolutionized basketball. Harden may be responsible for the death of the sport if the refs continue to let him get away with his constant flopping, traveling, and offensive fouls.
Curry is one of the most efficient players in the history of the league. Harden is just barely above league average in 3P% and EFG%, and well below league average in FG%.
Curry is the ultimate team player, moving without the ball, playing help defense, setting screens, and running to contest three point shooters. Harden is the ultimate one on one player in a D’Antoni system that inflates the numbers of every point guard who has ever played for him. (Under D’Antoni, Jeremy Lin looked like Steve Nash, and Kendell Marshall had a Per 36 average of 11 assists per game for the Lakers.)
Curry has won three championships. Harden has a reputation for choking in the post season.
When Harden wins a couple of rings, I’ll come back and we’ll have a real argument about whether or not to unlock your straight jacket:)
